This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and we will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Refund Policy

As soon as the new ‘bookazine’ is printed, it is dispatched to the subscribers by post from our office in Kathmandu, Nepal. If the subscription is back-dated, the dispatch of the earlier issues is made within the same week as the subscription is received. If issues are not delivered or appear damaged, the subscribers will be sent a fresh issue upon the receipt of claim of lost delivery or damage.

In case the issues are not delivered or damaged in some way, the subscribers will be sent a fresh issue upon the receipt of claim of damaged or lost delivery. If the customer is not satisfied, Himal will refund the money for the remaining duration of the subscription.
